Main dish: Steamed Noto beef in a bamboo steamer
Grilled dishes: Black cod and bonito grilled in magnolia leaves
A superb dish: Simmered autumn vegetables with chrysanthemum-shaped sauce.
Steamed dish: Steamed lotus root from Kanazawa
Deep-fried dishes: Tempura of blackthroat seaperch and seasonal vegetables
